Include Local Amenities - Be sure to include any handy nearby amenities the location may offer such as public transport, schools, close proximity to shops and restaurants, swimming pool, walking or bike tracks.  


Point out the Opportunities - If the property requires renovation or work, point out the existing opportunities such as hardwood floorboards under the carpet or the existing storage space in the large built in robes.
